This website is operated by Sarah R. (Real Estate Advisor, CEA Salesperson Registration R073434Z), contactable at +65 8976 6545 or sarahrrealtor@gmail.com. This policy explains what personal data the site collects and how it is used, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Valuation inputs. When you use the free valuation tool we collect the information you submit — typically your property's postal code and floor area — to generate the estimate. Postal codes are used to identify the property location and find comparable transactions.

Enquiry details. If you request your full report or leave your contact details, we collect the name, phone number, email address (optional), and timeline you provide, together with the valuation figures shown to you.

Usage analytics. We use privacy-conscious analytics (PostHog) to understand how the site is used — for example which pages are visited and whether a valuation was completed. This may include a pseudonymous identifier stored in your browser.

Valuation inputs and enquiry details are used to provide the service you asked for: generating your valuation and, if you request it, following up with you about your property plans. We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the site. You can block it with browser settings or ad blockers without affecting the valuation tool.

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal or regulatory obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent to further contact, by emailing sarahrrealtor@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.

The site links to WhatsApp (Meta) for chat, and uses Google Fonts and PostHog for fonts and analytics respectively. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies. Following a WhatsApp link shares the message you compose (and your number) with WhatsApp, not with any advertising partner of ours.
